At International Cancer Research and Drug Discovery Conference (i-Cancer Congress) we believe in the power of live events and are committed to providing our guests with the most comprehensive agenda and enhanced networking opportunities possible.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we kept tabs on health officials' and governments' recommendations for best practises. To enhance the safety of our registration, exhibition, and conference areas, we coordinated with other event industry professionals.

We are taking concrete measures to help you feel comfortable from check-in to session rooms, exhibit halls, meals, and networking. All of the latest protocols are designed to deter transmission and maintaining physical distance throughout the event.

• Face masks will be needed for all attendees.
• Temperature tests using non-contact thermometers
• Hand sanitizer stations strategically located around the event area
• Gloves available for those who choose to wear them
• Seating plan with fewer attendees per table to ensure distance
• Tables in meeting and session rooms are spread out further
• Increased cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas
• Floor markings throughout the event to direct traffic

There may be different, venue-specific safety protocols in addition to these.
